Summary

By submitting your details and requesting a quote, you agree that:

  • Your details will be shared with Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning for the purpose of providing a quote and carrying out services.

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.

  • Payment is due directly to Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning on their agreed terms.

  • Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning.

1. Services

All work is carried out by Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning.

2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning may amend the quote before work begins.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of your property and access.

  • Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.

  • Inform Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.

4. Payments

  • Payment is made directly to Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning.

  • Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.

5. Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.

  • Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are at the discretion of Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning.

  • Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.

7. Liability

Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with Lot Back2shine Window Cleaning.
